Lake Tahoe Lodge

Straightforward policies for a relaxed stay in Lake Tahoe.

• Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and continues until midnight. Check-out is available until 11:00 AM. Guests arriving early may request luggage storage or early access, subject to availability.

• Identification & Age Requirement

All guests must present a valid photo ID and a credit or debit card upon check-in. The minimum age for check-in is 21 years.

• Payment & Deposits

Major credit cards are accepted. The lodge may pre-authorize the card before arrival. A refundable deposit may be required to cover incidentals.

• Children & Extra Beds

Children of all ages are welcome. Extra beds can be added upon request for an additional nightly charge, depending on room type and availability. Cribs are not provided.

• Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Additional charges may apply, and guests are asked to inform the lodge in advance.

• Smoking Policy

The property is non-smoking throughout. Designated outdoor areas are available for guests who wish to smoke.

• Parking

Free private parking is available on-site for all registered guests—one vehicle per room unless otherwise arranged.

• Beach & Outdoor Access

Guests have access to a private beach area on Lake Tahoe, available during daylight hours. Seasonal access and weather conditions may apply.

• Cancellation Policy

Most bookings at Tea Garden Lodge include free cancellation up to the deadline stated at the time of booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a one-night fee.

• Accessibility

Ground-floor rooms are available. Guests requiring accessible accommodations are encouraged to notify the lodge ahead of arrival.
